I built enMailing on a simple idea: it should be as easy as possible for you to use encrypted email in all the ways that you use email. You don’t have to worry about sending encryption keys to everyone you know and setting up with the right encryption software. enMailing does all that in the background as seamlessly as possible.
You don’t have to sign up for a new email account; enMailing lets you send encrypted email from your gmail, hotmail, yahoo, or other web-based email. If you use a dedicated email client (like Mozilla Thunderbird), you’re also covered. So long as the recipient also has an enMailing account, they’ll be able to decrypt your message.
Currently, enMailing has browser plugins for Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. There are also plugins for Mozilla Thunderbird and Microsoft Outlook. Thers are also apps for Android and iOS devices. The ultimate goal is to let you use enMailing wherever you use your email.
Anybody can create an enmailing account for free. If you feel like supporting enMailing, you can upgrade to a premium for $12 per year.
